Ford Ka any better than Toyota Aygo and Fiat Panda?

Being jointly developed with Fiat, the Ford Ka is assembled on the same production line as the Fiat 500. It has already featured in the James Bond movie, Quantum of Solace with Olga Kurylenko getting the pedal to metal.  The big difference between the Ford Ka and the Fiat 500 is their exterior and interior clothing. Ford cars decided on complete new styling but followed ‘kinetic’ designs of current models such as Mondeo and Ford Fiesta. In comparison to its rivals, Fiat Panda is worth considering for more space.

With regards to practicality, the boot will fit the weekly shopping stuff. Its not the best in terms of storage. Headroom and visibility in the front is more than adequate, though admittedly not so good at the rear. The rear seats split down the middle, though, which gives it useful flexibility.

During its life the Ford Ka has built a good reputation for reliability but the car does have some common faults that should be checked out carefully before parting with cash. Cheap to buy and affordable to run is the icing on the cake. With its unique styling, it is fun to drive.
